Being a certified Consciousness Coach®, a certified Conversational Intelligence® Coach and holding a qualification in Professional Consciousness Coaching® I am able to create a space in which my client can recognise and explore possibilities, allowing us to achieve far-reaching results. In all instances such results exceed the boundaries of what the client thought was possible.

Development Programmes

The basis of the Programmes is to develop frameworks and tools for creating higher levels of trust, of activating higher levels of engagement, strengthening partnerships, and catalysing co-creation and innovation in partnerships, teams, and cultures.

Delegates are skilled to build trust with others, which strengthens our ability to express our thoughts and feelings, which strengthens our relationships and creates mutual successes.

Programmes are developed in partnership with the organisation to ensure a ‘fit like a glove’ solution that is practical, realistic and sustainable.   Post-workshop sessions ensure that change is integrated and that desired outcomes are achieved.  Change Management is tracked and measured to ensure success.
